CSRF cookie: When you visit any page, a csrftoken cookie is set in your browser for security (protects against cross-site request forgery attacks). This is a functional cookie required by Django, our web framework. It does not track your behavior, store personal data, or identify you.

What we do NOT collect:

  • We do not ask for your name, payment details, or health records
  • Tools on the site run entirely in your browser—your inputs are not sent to our servers
  • We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies

How We Use Your Information

We use your email address solely to:

  • Send occasional newsletters about fitness, nutrition, and movement
  • Communicate about changes to this site or our services
  • Respond to inquiries you send to us

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

These services process your data only to provide their services to us. We do not grant them permission to use your data for their own purposes.

Cookies and Tracking

Functional cookie (CSRF protection): This site sets one essential cookie named csrftoken. This cookie:

  • Is required for Django's CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) protection
  • Expires after 1 year
  • Does not track your behavior or identify you personally
  • Cannot be disabled while using this site (it's required for form security)

What we do NOT use:

This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. We do not use:

  • Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
